What We Offer
Speech and Drama
Ages 8+ (School Year 4+)
This is our most popular programme and teaches students a wide range of speaking and drama skills including characterisation, scripted and improvised drama, mime, poetry speaking, reading aloud, speech-making, interview skills and more. Students work towards Competitions and Speech NZ and/or Trinity London examinations.
Little Stars
Ages 5-8 (School Years 0-3)
A fun introductory class involving lots of drama games and activities to encourage confidence, teamwork, communication, problem solving, imagination, creativity and of course, fun.

Pre-Grade Speech & Drama
Ages 6-8 years (School Years 1-3)
This class is for pre-exam aged students who would like to challenge themselves with more focussed study of the Speech and Drama skills alongside their skill-based games. Pre- Grade students may enter the Speech and Drama Competitions if they wish.
Junior & Intermediate Drama Club
Age 8+ (School Years 4-9)
No exams or competitions. Drama Club is for students who want to hone in on their acting skills without the pressure of exams and competitions. This is a relaxed class focussing on gaining acting skills, confidence, and teamwork through games, improvised acting and short scripted scenes.
Senior Drama Club
Age 13+ (School Years 9+)
Senior Drama Club is a masterclass in acting and stagecraft. Students will work on a range of characterisation and acting skills to prepare for auditions and performance. Students without prior experience will need to book an online audition on 0274246050 or email dramakidsrotorua@gmail.com
